I had originally given a 1 star rating, not because of quality, but because I had ordered something for Christmas in November, that didn't arrive until the first week of January. Customer service reached out and gave me a refund and had me keep the product. I don't think it was their fault, I think it was USPS. Anyway, this company has stellar customer service and has gone out of their way to make things right at their expense. That's rare. If I could delete the 1 star review I left, I would.
I ordered Christmas pajamas for my daughter on December 9th. And now, Christmas Eve, 2 weeks later, the item still hasn’t arrived.
