The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE items
- Maternity photo shoot dresses are FINAL sale, it can be exchange for different SIZE only and cannot be exchange with any other item!
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping fees are non-refundable; It is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to pay for the return shipping. This Blissful Mom is not responsible for any items lost in the return shipping process.
ALL items must be returned to us in its original condition; original tags attached and in it's original packaging. Due to the delicate fabric of most of our dresses, all items must be UNWORN & UNWASHED. No refund will be issued for any USED items that were returned to us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
We currently do not carry a very large inventory. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we can exchange your item with the same exact item that you previously purchased. If that item you wish to exchange is still available, we will gladly exchange your item after receipt of the item. If you still desire to exchange an item, we can issue you a store credit after you send your item back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return postage is $5.99. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to receive a refund in the original method of payment, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your returned amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Once an item has been shipped, ownership of packages is turned over to USPS. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are NOT responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping issues must be handled by USPS. We ship via first class and/or priority mail, therefore all items can be tracked.
Due to the nature of our sales and constant collaborations, it is difficult to offer any price adjustment on past purchases. We apologize for the inconvenience as we are not offering this option at this time.
